Congratulations! Is there some unwritten law that says with the purchase of a home we become adults and have to act like it? or can we keep being just really young kids with kids and a house??? You'll have to let me know because as we have looked at houses the fear of growing up and being an "adult" scares the hebe-geebes out of me!!! GOOD LUCK!! and post pictrures!
Congrats! I'm sure they couldn't help but seal the deal knowing such a cute little family would live in the house! What good times you'll have this spring and summer with a yard to play in!!!
Congratulations! It's fun to have a house of your own. I can understand the stress of understanding the market. We bought at the peak in Utah. Sigh. I don't know if we've lost but I don't think we've appreciated any equity. It's so hard to know when to buy and what's a good deal!
don't worry zoan, i don't feel like growing up lays in my near future...but neither does home ownership! And if grown ups can't have water fights than count me out!!!
Michael, Vanessa, Jed (7), Zoe (5), Zane (3), and Baby Van -- our little family. We live in a cozy little home tucked beneath the trees along the Ohio riverbank.

I'm so happy for you and Michael and Jed! It sounds like the perfect little house and three cheers for the tornado shelter (aka basement).
